Andrew Nugée

Founder and Chief Executive
Andrew Nugée takes lead responsibility for the overall direction of imagineear. He was from 2001 until 2007 the Chief Executive of the leading audio tour company worldwide, Antenna Audio, which specialised in rented audio tours of museum and gallery exhibitions and permanent collections. Over this period Andrew led the team that turned the business from loss-making and cash-consuming to profitably cash-generative, trebled Antenna's revenues, and sold the business to Discovery Communications. At this point, Antenna had 18 offices, 250 office-based and 350 site-based staff.
Prior to this, Andrew had worked for many years in media, for the Economist, the FT and United News and Media. He was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in London and Munich, and has an MA from Oxford University and an MBA with distinction from Insead in France.

Ziv Kushnir

Founder and Commercial Director
Ziv Kushnir takes lead responsibility for the commercial activities of imagineear. He is a commercially oriented executive, with 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in setting up and running companies and global sales teams. From 2003 to 2008 he worked with Andrew as Commercial Director and VP Sales of Antenna Audio, based in London, but with global responsibilities. Ziv previously created two successful companies in Israel, and he sold one of these to Antenna, which became Antenna Audio Middle East, based in Tel Aviv. Ziv has a BA and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Eleonore Heijboer

Founder and Content Director
Eleonore manages the content processes at imagineear. As General Manager of Antenna Audio’s Dutch branch for 14 years, and responsible for commercial activity in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, Eleonore brings to the team both international experience and in depth knowledge of the international cultural world.
She holds a masters degree in Art History & Archaeology from Leiden University and has produced great audio tours for the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum among many others. Prior to joining Antenna Eleonore worked as sole Representative in Holland for Phillips Auctioneers. Alongside Dutch, her mother tongue, she is fluent in English and French and speaks German as well as some Italian and Spanish.

Eric van der Hoeven

Technical Director
Eric has twin responsibilities in the team. He leads the design and build of all hardware and software projects, and separately he ensures delivery to clients. For 15 years at Antenna Audio Eric delivered exactly to the client specifications and guaranteed the service level was in line with their expectations. As service engineer responsible for Benelux & Scandinavia and latterly as global service manager, responsible for the worldwide service team of some 30 regional engineers, Eric developed considerable understanding of what defines a great product from the client point of view, and helped choose the right technologies to support the client need. He holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft Technical University and has since specialised in turn-key delivery of complex ICT-electro-mechanical solutions. Prior to Antenna Eric ran his own design and engineering company.
