Errors
Delivery
- Packages sent by UK Standard Delivery are usually delivered within 2-5 working days of despatch.
- For International Delivery, a shipping cost will be calculated once you have entered the shipping country. International goods are usually delivered within 7-14 days of despatch within Europe and within 7-24 days of despatch for the rest of the world.
- If you want to find out the delivery costs for a specific order, you may wish to place all the required items into your Shopping basket and proceed to the Checkout page. There is no obligation to buy at this point, but you can glance at the shipping costs by the various shipping methods. If you wish to go ahead with the purchase, you may then submit your order.
Returns
- You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
- We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you are returning goods for refund or exchange please send them to: imagineear, 2nd Floor, Cardiff House, Tilling House, London NW2 1LJ.
- Wrap the item securely and include the invoice. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
- We will refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty.
- In all other cases, the cost and responsibility of returning the goods is with you. Please acquire a certificate of posting. We cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
Downloads
- All sales are final, we are unable to refund downloads.
- Your purchased tour and map in pdf form will be available to download from your account.
- If you have a problem with your download, please contact us by email customersupport@imagineear.com and we will endevour to reply within 24hrs.
Payment
- For online and telephone orders we accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express cards, as well as UK debit cards.
- All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Errors
- If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will try to inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. If the item(s) has been charged and not dispatched we will cancel and refund your order.imagineear.com will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
- In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing to customersupport@imagineear.com within 10 working days of delivery of the goods and return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
