Imagineear’s MPti™s on WTM’s Sport is Great Stand

British sporting attractions star at this year’s World Travel Market (WTM) on the Sport Is Great stand, including two who have commissioned Imagineear to bring alive the drama and passion of their heritage to fans – Liverpool FC and the National Heritage Centre for Horseracing & Sporting Art.

These two visitor venues are feature in a timeline of Britain’s Sporting Excellence, providing visual highlights which celebrate the nation’s considerable history of sporting achievements from seven of the country’s best sites including Lord’s, Wimbledon, Wembley, England Rugby, and the British Golf Museum.

“Stand visitors will be able to see how immersive multimedia tours for sports venues can be, bearing in mind fans on site tours will be visiting on non-match or event days.  By pointing our MPti™ player at the image of Stephen Gerrard victoriously lifting the European Cup for the fifth time, or the picture of the new Anfield development, they can trigger relevant video content and new layers of information”, explains Iain George, Project Director, UK & Ireland for Imagineear.

Also on display at WTM is the multi-use London Stadium, home of West Ham United FC, and a wide range of other Imagineear clients, sites where Imagineear has created and developed content-rich multimedia tours in multiple languages.
