Andrew Nugée
Founder & Chief Executive
Andrew takes lead responsibility for the overall direction of imagineear. Until 2007 he successfully led a major international audio tour company, working with a very diverse range of cultural sector clients, from NY’s Metropolitan Museum to the National Palace Museum in Taipei. Prior to this, Andrew had leadership roles for many years in media, including at the Economist, the Financial Times and United News and Media. He has an MA from Oxford University and an MBA from Insead in France.

Ziv Kushnir
Founder & Commercial Director
Ziv Kushnir takes lead responsibility for the international commercial development of imagineear. He has over 15 years’ experience of creating and running his own companies and, working since 2001 with Andrew, he led the commercial strategy and managed the global sales teams for a major international audio tour company. Ziv previously created two successful companies in Israel, and has both a BA and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Nathan Elstub
Chief Financial Officer
As main Board Director and Chief Financial Officer, Nathan shares responsibility for developing the company’s strategy and direction. In addition, he has day-to-day lead management for the information provision, finance, accounting, legal and tax affairs of imagineear. An engineer and chartered accountant by training, Nathan practised for several years as a private equity investor for a leading UK fund, and has considerable experience acting as non-exec Director of investee company boards.

Eleonore Heijboer
Founder & Content Director
Eleonore directs the content processes at imagineear. She has been creating cultural audio tours for over 16 years and, working with Andrew and Ziv, was responsible for commercial activities throughout Benelux and Scandinavia, so also brings considerable international experience to the team. Eleonore has a Masters in Art History & Archaeology from Leiden University, and previously worked for Phillips Auctioneers. She is Dutch, and speaks English and French fluently, as well as German, and some Italian and Spanish.

Eric van der Hoeven
Technical Director
Eric has responsibility both for the design and build of all proprietary hardware and software projects, and for delivery of projects to site. Since 1994, he has been working with Eleonore in the audio tour market, recommending technologies to support clients’ needs and guaranteeing technical service levels via a worldwide service team of regional engineers. He has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Delft Technical University and previously ran his own design and engineering company.
