National Gallery Singapore confirms Imagineear as content partner

Imagineear has been chosen as the official content partner for audio tours at the new National Gallery of Singapore. Opening in 2015, the National Gallery will be the largest visual arts space in Singapore and a venue of global importance. Using its comprehensive collection, it will create an unrivalled exploration of Southeast Asian art dating from the 19th century to the present day.

With such a significant and wide ranging collection, how best to interpret it has been carefully considered. The National Gallery will aim to tell the story of Singapore and regional cultures’ stories through examining their social, political and economic histories. The art will also be explored in an international context, going beyond national boundaries to engage with wider cultures and discourses. This international outlook will be supported by a busy programme of touring exhibitions.

Imagineear will be working closely with the team at the National Gallery Singapore to support them in realising their aims, by creating original and engaging content.
