The variations are practically endless. And imagineear has the right solution for each challenge.

 

 

 
5 leading financing models

Every programme needs to be optimised and often the options are combined. Nevertheless, we can help by talking you through traditional, and new, financing models:

  • ‘Freemium’ option:
In certain situations there may be an opportunity to offer your visitors the tour for free, and make the programme pay for itself nonetheless. We would be delighted to discuss this further.

  • ‘Universal’ or inclusive tour:
The tour is included ‘free’ with all entry tickets. imagineear finances content and technology in return for a small per visitor fee.

  • ‘Optional’ or JV tour:
The tour is offered to the visitor as an optional additional purchase. imagineear finances some or all of the content and technology and the profits of the operation are shared between imagineear and the site.

  • ‘Equipment Lease’ option:
Ask us about our finance (you lease to own) and operating (you lease to return) equipment leasing options. In either case, you take immediate possession against a schedule of lease payments, and are then free to offer tours to your visitors for a fee, or if you choose, for free.

  • 'Equipment Sales’ option:
Both equipment and the audio or multimedia tour programmes can be acquired outright (IPRs allowing) for a fee. This may be particularly appropriate if you have access to sponsorship or grant-funding.

Industry pioneers of rigorous rights clearance, the imagineear team are careful and experienced in negotiating rights clearances with a variety of bodies and across a multitude of media.
 
 
Complete peace of mind: warranty, maintenance and insurance

We work hard to take the worry out of operating an audio tour. With our unique WMI package we think we have made a good step in the right direction:

  • We offer an unconditional two year warranty on imagineear hardware. If during a two year period the hardware fails, it will be replaced free of charge(1).

  • We offer an extended warranty on all imagineear hardware. For a small additional annual sum from year three onwards, we will replace any hardware that fails free of charge(1).

  • All imagineear systems are designed with minimum intervention, low-cost maintenance at the forefront of our minds. As far as possible, parts are interchangeable and industry-standard. Spare parts can be ordered online directly from us and require no technical knowledge - or site visits - to employ.

  • imagineear’s hardware insurance policy is designed to complement your existing insurances to protect against other non-fail losses, for example theft, ‘shrinkage’ or accidental damage. For a small annual sum we will replace hardware against a small excess.
