Create your own music compilation with the imagineear Music Service

 

imagineear has partnered with Classical.com to develop the imagineer Music Service, available as a download to mp3 players, or pre-recorded on our audioPorter™ players, and shortly via smartphone. The service offers both a series of compilations, a flexible resource for building your own tailor-made compilations.

We have joined forces with musicologists from our friends at Classical.com to bring you a growing series of classical music selections by genre. Click on Our Products/Music Collections or see below to learn more about these.


Tailoring compilations
There is no need to restrict your collection to our imagination! We can research and will help you build your own compilation, from classical.com’s classical, jazz and world collections. If you want us to do so we will also clear the music copyright on your behalf, and upload the compilations for download to your visitor devices, or to our own audioPorter™ player.


Choice of four audio formats:

• audioPorter™ retail package
  The retail package is sold stand-alone or alongside a destination tour offer. Guaranteed ready to play out of the box every time for 8 hours straight, the all-new audioPorter™ brings the listener high quality music, on a preloaded and re-usable player. Small and light, but robust and easy to use, no additional software or cost is required now or later by you or your listener.
  The regular audioPorter™ ships with a 1GB external memory and can store and transport all file types. To add your own audio, simply connect via USB to Mac or PC and drag and drop additional audio files to enjoy an exceptional audio experience. The bookmark facility allows you to come back where you left the music, even after a break. And stereo earphone for two, with twin audio sockets make this a perfect gift for a couple. The player is sold in recyclable polypropylene packaging that contains destination maps and/or programme notes, and provides an excellent branding opportunity.
  
  

• Smartphone Apps
  At imagineear we build interactive Smartphone applications for destination tours, and these will include our music compilations, together with programme notes, biographies, sheet music and detailed track lists. For more about this service, don’t hesitate to contact us.
  
  

• Download
  Our compilations are also available as downloads for personal use, and for transferring onto an MP3 player or your computer, Sonos system or other devices. Just like the interactive apps, a detailed track list, the composers’ biographies and sheet music can also be made available.
  
  

• CD
  To order, every iMS compilation can be sold on custom-built and-packaged CDs.

Compilations currently available
imagineear and Classical.com have curated a collection of five classical music compilations, offering the best of the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Late Romantic and Modern periods. Each compilation showcases ten composers, every one a master of the period, and dozens of works. At over eight hours each, the full collection weighs in at over forty hours of outstanding music. The individual retail packages represent both a significant additional product line in its own right, and excellent value for money for the visitor, comprising:

There is no need to restrict your collection to our imagination! We will help you build your own, specific to your destination or theme. imagineear's partnership with
Classical.com encompasses other genres, so there is no need even to restrict your choice to classical music. Build a bespoke compilation from extensive easy-listening, jazz or world music collections. Then add a personalised greeting, or support from sponsors. And ask us about personalising the player to your colour and branding.
