The AMCP will be responsible for the entire after-sales process and will help channel partners to optimise the audio guides and tours they deliver to their visitors.
This will involve training, mentoring, organising internal support services and providing ongoing support.
The AMCP will advise channel partners on content options and will help them develop marketing strategies including both internal communication plans to ensure maximum engagement within the client team, and optimal take up/download/usage by their visitors.
