The APAC Account Manager (AAM) will be responsible for the entire after-care process, and will help clients to optimise the audio guides and tours they deliver to their visitors.
This will involve training, mentoring, organising internal support services and providing ongoing support.
The AAM will have access to a wide range of support material and an online portal, and will support clients and partners across the APAC region, with working hours mirroring APAC time zones.
