The role is based in Imagineear’s London office and reports to the COO.
The European Account Manager (EACM) will be responsible for the entire after-care process and will help clients to optimise the audio guides and tours they deliver to their visitors.
This will involve training, mentoring, organising internal support services and providing ongoing support.
