Project Manager/Producer

The Project Manager/Producer will lead the creative process from concept ideation, scheduling and planning, production and development through to project delivery and launch as well as future creative
content development where applicable.

The role includes multimedia production (audio and video) design and content creation. Working with translations, managing external experts such as writers, videographers and voiceovers artists.

We expect the PM/Producer to have a positive approach to creative problem solving, and an ability to manage complex projects.

This is a full-time role with office hours being 9.00 – 18.00, Monday to Friday.

The role reports to the Project Director, UK.

Location of work
This role is London Office (SW6 6EA) based with regular visits to client sites in the UK, Ireland and
potentially Europe.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, daily 9am – 6pm (inc 1 hour break per day). Flexible hours can be agreed with your manager upon request and assessment.

Duties
The PM/Producer will manage all aspects of project delivery including the creative scoping, production process, schedules, project budget and delivery across assigned projects. The role will be responsible for multiple projects which can potentially run concurrently. The PM/Producer will be meticulous in detailed project management and production.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
● Creative ideation – Including UX mapping, concept design and visualisation
● Project Management – including complex schedules, budget management and signoffs
● Script and Text editing – for narration and on-screen text and UI
● Content recording – audio and filming including interviewing
● Content Production – including audio and video editing abilities
● Asset Sourcing and Management – Sourcing and processing client, library and specialist assets
● Tour Creation – Build of audio and multimedia tours using the Imagineear CMS
● Business Development – Including new creative ideas and ongoing content updates

The PM/Producer will also be required to undertake additional work as required:

● Play a full part in the team to help address the needs of the business as they arise
● Offer constructive solutions to problems and issues, or opportunities, as they arise
● Undertake additional relevant background research tasks when requested to do so
● Undertake any other tasks requested of them by your Manager from time to time
● Some travel required within UK, Ireland and Europe
